Ivy had a rough upbringing, and circumstances caused her to become homeless, she gets caught by the Russian who owns the club where she stole a milkshake, Lev Petrov.

He decides instead of ending her, which he would do to anyone else who stole from him, he would leave her in debt to him. It doesn’t help that at the first look at her “milky pink” hair covering her face he is drawn to her.

…. my only questioning thought throughout this story was… HOW was Ivy’s hair “milky pink” when she had been homeless and had no money? As someone who does colour their hair that was just one note that made the story unrealistic for me. Was I the only one
But this is fiction so moving on, I loved the story regardless of this
